TTI has the capacity and flexibility to produce ammunition in various sized lots. Our highly flexible advanced state-of-the-art manufacturing facility allows us to maintain unsurpassed round-to-round tolerance and consistency, while also maintaining the lowest manufacturing costs. Each round is subject to advanced optic, electro-optic and mechanical quality-control and testing at every stage of production. Additionally, TTI ammunition is extensively tested in the widest variety of weapons systems possible for optimal accuracy, reliability, and performance insuring the highest uniformity and consistency in the industry. 

TTI has the ability to rapidly develop specialized and standard small arms ammunition and to move those products quickly to production. We have specifically designed our state of the art ammunition manufacturing equipment for holding ultra-tight tolerances and for rapid reconfiguration. This allows us to cost effectively produce a wider variety of precision ammunition and efficiently respond to customer and industry requirements in the shortest possible time frame, without compromising quality.
